Our new app for Android and iOS is an industry first, designed with cinema technicians in mind. The XBO Service Platform is an easy-to-use and time-saving tool offering various benefits to the technicians. The app provides simple access to all XBO product details like technical data or warranty time-frames for each lamp type according to the projector model. The training has never been easier - you can learn how to install OSRAM´s XBO lamps in major projector types and troubleshoot the lamp issues thanks to helpful videos and step-by-step instructions.
And if you still face a particular lamp issue, you can contact our local and global XBO experts within the app. The "News" function keeps you up to date with the latest product launches, events or campaigns. The XBO customers ordering lamps directly from OSRAM are even able to submit the claims within the OSRAM XBO Service Platform. The app is currently available in English, Spanish and Portuguese language.
